Commissioning of the HCBM-2015-D Rock Breaker at Aksu Mine
Our specialists successfully completed the supply, installation, and commissioning of the HCBM-2015-D rock breaker at the site of AK Altynalmas, located at the Aksu Mine.
The HCBM-2015-D rock breaker is designed for efficient breaking of oversized rock in demanding mining operations. The structure is manufactured from high-strength steel, providing excellent durability, resistance to dynamic loads, and a long service life even under harsh operating conditions.
Special attention has been given to the hydraulic system. The power unit is equipped with a modern axial piston pump, ensuring high performance, stable operating parameters, and efficient energy utilization. To guarantee reliable operation in various climatic conditions, the hydraulic system is fitted with an oil heating system that maintains the optimum properties of the hydraulic oil during low-temperature operation.
The hydraulic power unit incorporates multiple levels of equipment protection, including:
- Hydraulic oil temperature monitoring;
- Overtemperature protection of the hydraulic system;
- Filter contamination monitoring;
- Continuous supervision of hydraulic operating parameters;
- Automatic operator alerts in the event of abnormal operating conditions.
Following the completion of commissioning activities, the equipment was successfully placed into commercial operation and handed over to the customer. The rock breaker system provides safe and efficient breaking of oversized rock, helping to improve productivity and reduce downtime of downstream processing equipment.
